War & Peace, Digital Painting, 44cm x 36cm
Art and Beauty belong to everyone. It is a fundamental reality of human existence. Exploring and blending Hindu, Ethiopian, Hebraic, Catholic, and Yoruban themes and imagery, my work offers an opportunity to experience commonality rather than conflict, healing rather than pain. The true essence of Art is Grace. And only through Grace can humanity dissolve wrong thinking, misunderstandings, religious conflict, prejudice and discord.

About Judith Lungen
Born in Jersey City, NJ, growing up in a small town two hours north of New York City, at a young age I embarked on an intense education in music, theatre, dance, and art. I had the great fortune of traveling and living in Europe, Canada, Martinique and Israel. Working in the world of art and design, from my love of watercolors, I recently transitioned into the 21st century world of digital painting. I developed techniques and methods that often mirror the delicacy of watercolors. Between March 2021–December 2022, two dozen of my paintings participated in 60 exhibitions and publications, receiving 40 awards and citations. My latest protect, THE COMMONALITY OF HUMANITY: AN ARTIST'S JOURNEY, is a collection of digital paintings with text. Limited edition prints are available.
